Carefully place the item in its original designer packaging and include the completed return form inside the shipping box.
Schedule a Collection
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided with your order and schedule a complimentary courier pickup or drop the package at an authorized location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier team inspects the garment to ensure it meets our return standards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
